Theresa Lovelin, RN

Theresa Lovelin, RN
Founder & Chief Executive Officer

  • With nearly two decades of nursing experience spanning hospital settings in the United States and international schools across Korea and Hong Kong, this registered nurse brings a unique global perspective to the challenges of perimenopause and menopause.

Her journey began with unexplained palpitations, leading to years of misdiagnosis and frustration. It was only after encountering a menopause specialist that she finally found answers and relief.

Fueled by her own experience and the realization that countless women suffer needlessly, she became a passionate advocate. She empowers women to understand and navigate this significant life transition through extensive research and sharing her knowledge with others.

Theresa’s love for travel has taken her to five continents and twenty-five countries. She now lives happily with her husband and their two daughters in Indonesia.

Brooke Steuer, RN
Magnolia Navigator

  • Brooke is a US-trained registered nurse with over a decade of diverse clinical experience across Florida and Virginia, including roles in Progressive Care, Intensive Care, Electrophysiology, Interventional Cardiac Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology, and Outpatient Vascular Surgery. While she has always been drawn to the fast-paced, complex nature of interventional cardiac and vascular care, Brooke’s greatest fulfillment has come from the meaningful connections she builds with her patients.

After stepping away from nursing to focus on raising her family, Brooke remained committed to her profession—maintaining her licensure and continuing her education with the intention of returning when the time was right. That time came when she attended a Perimenopause/Menopause informational meeting, where she was introduced to the Magnolia Team. The conversation resonated deeply with her—not just professionally, but personally—as she found herself navigating the very same life stage as the women she hoped to care for.

Now, Brooke brings her clinical expertise, her compassion, and her personal insight to her work in women’s health. She is passionate about helping women feel seen, heard, and empowered to advocate for themselves, especially during the often-overlooked transition of midlife. With a warm, relatable presence and a genuine desire to educate and uplift, Brooke is honored to support women through one of the most transformative chapters of their lives.
