Richita Mirchandani, RNUTR
Registered Nutritionist (RNutr) and Body Image Coach based in Indonesia. Richita supports women in building a healthier, more compassionate relationship with food and their bodies, going beyond meal plans to focus on sustainable habits, emotional well-being, and balance across different life stages.
With a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition from Curtin University, Perth, and experience supporting women through emotional eating and body image concerns at Bobby Nutrition, Richita brings both clinical expertise and genuine warmth to every client she works with.
She believes food should never feel like punishment and that every woman deserves support that meets her exactly where she is.
